Streamlining Your Paperwork For Better Time ManagementIf you’re snowed under with paperwork you may be wondering where it’s all coming from.  If paperwork is piled high on your desk and it didn’t all come through the post then maybe this is a sign that administration system is too complicated and could do with some streamlining.  This article will give a couple of examples on how to go about streamlining.

Your business may require that you use a number of forms.  You may have a form for customers’ personal details, a form for orders, a form for completed jobs, a form for requesting payment, a form for chasing up payment, a form for the second reminder, a form for invoicing and a form for anything else that is needed to keep track of your business.

If you have any forms at all, you’re going to need files as well.  If you have files you’re sure to need filing cabinets too.  If you have all these files and filing cabinets you’re going to need a filing clerk.  If you don’t have a filing clerk then straight away you can see how much time and effort you have to put into managing your administration system yourself.  Most of this time could be better spent elsewhere.  Your time could be better spent in doing some marketing and finding new customers and clients.
